Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided through this website, by phone or by email are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing depends on the actual size of the move, access at both locations, stairs, long carries, specialty items and time on the job. We will tell you before extra charges apply.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Dates are confirmed directly with you. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule. We do the same for you if weather or an emergency affects a job.
Your Responsibilities
Please disclose heavy or specialty items, difficult access and any hazardous conditions in advance. Some items cannot be transported, including flammable, corrosive or explosive materials, ammunition, and perishable food. Cash, jewelry and irreplaceable documents should travel with you.
Liability and Insurance
We are licensed and insured, and we carry the coverage required for the moves we perform. Claims for loss or damage must be reported to us promptly so we can inspect and resolve them. We are not responsible for damage to items packed by the customer, for pre-existing damage, or for items we advised against moving.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the move unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed when you book.
